I have been so pleased since I started using Glamour Pools about 8 months ago. Their service is brilliant and helpful and it is nice to get a familiar face, either Brad or Gary. I was regularly using another pool store and they only seemed to complicate the situation and I was being told to do a different thing every time, usually by a different person. The BioGuard products in my opinion are exceptional quality and instantly made a difference for my pool. I now have a simple plan to manage my pool and my water has never been clearer. I have found that nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they even are good with "silly" questions. Never been happier since I made the shift.
